kind staff free gifts excellent breakfast mould signs damp room musty room
the staff were so kind. they were pretty good too make sure i had everything i needed. the free gifts were so cute! i still use mine all the time. breakfast was excellent too.
the hotel is flagged as a 4 star. i am quite surprised to see how it could be awarded this star rate. i don't think the following is 4 star standard. rooms showed damp and quite musty with visible signs of mould.

the room included a large bed and clean sheets. i found free parking, really useful. the staff were always available to help. the breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks available.
i felt the hallway had a SLIGHT odor of smoke.

i felt the staff were kind. reception staff were quick to respond to any request, they wanted to help. the cleaning was good and the hotel was super clean, i saw the staff cleaning every day.
